My full name is Alejando Conde Poveda but I tend to omit my first name in the arts as a way of preserving and honoring both my father and mother’s surname. I am 25 years old and I am from Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona), where I work as a town councilman. As a kid I was fascinated by the movies my parents’ owned in their video club: the design of the covers, the plots, the characters, etc. Nowadays, I fantasize about telling my own stories. I am a very active and demanding person. Being a filmmaker is my vocation, something that I combine with other arts such as music, illustration and photography. I like to define my work as interdisciplinary and consider myself both an artisan and a creative man. My main goal is to make the audience travel with my pieces in different ways. In 2013 I founded with other artists Grog Studio.

Mi nombre real es Alejandro Conde Poveda, artísticamente omito mi nombre de pila para mencionar siempre el apellido de mi madre. Tengo 25 años, soy de Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona (donde actualmente ejerzo de concejal). De pequeño fantaseaba con las caratulas de los VHS del videoclub de mis padres, ahora fantaseo contando yo las historias. Me encanta mezclar disciplinas, me considero un artesano y un creativo, mi objetivo es hacer viajar al espectador. Soy una persona muy activa y reivindicativa, mi vocación es el cine pero la combino con otras aficiones como la música, la ilustración y la fotografía. En 2013 fundé con unos amigos el colectivo artístico Grog Studio.
